Solomon Ighodaro (ACA)

Solomon is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). Solomon has relevant years of working experience in audit, accounting and tax. His extensive exposure to various accounting scenarios has allowed him to build a strong financial background.

Solomon is charge of accounting department involved in the preparation of financial accounts, VAT, payroll and other management reporting.

Adetola Olamigun AAT, ACA

Adetola is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) He is a seasoned Accountant with vast experience in Audit, Accounting, Taxation and Financial Management. Being an Auditor, he has gathered experience in various sectors of the economy.

He is presently the Managing Partner of D & T Consulting and a Senior Partner of DK-BAS & CO. He oversees the preparation of financial report, leads the Audit team to various assignment and also handle tax issues at State / Federal level.
